We make the shell of our Drum Pulleys from thick tubes that are made from steel plates in order to provide high-quality products. Additionally, the pulley shafts are constructed of carbon steel and are keyed and bored properly.
We may provide taper lock bushings in addition to our selection of conveyor pulleys. Rubber lagging is appropriately grooved into the pulley drum to prevent slipping, and self-aligning anti-friction ball bearings are installed on the shafts.

Benefits
The purpose of using a flat return idler is to support the belt from the return side to prevent stretching, sagging and failure of the belt, which increases the service life of the conveyor belt.
