Carrying Idler
Idler roller conveyor being carried Conveyor belts filled with bulk materials are moved or carried by idlers. Depending on the need and the intended use, these carrying idlers are constructed from a variety of materials, such as heavy gauge steel tubing or seamless steel tubing.
These idlers are available with impact rings composed of a specific shock-absorbing compound and are specially intended to allow smooth transition of bulk material for lengthy periods of time. Troughing idlers are used to transport bulk materials, and they are typically designed and built with troughing angles of 20° and 30°. Idlers can be produced with a 45-degree trough angle or any other angle, according to the design and drawings provided by the customer. Additionally, we can design, manufacture, and provide idlers with five rollers. Mounting

Benefits
Carrying idlers provide support for the belt while it carries the material. They are available in flat or troughed designs. The flat design usually consists of a single horizontal roll for use on flat belts, such as belt feeders.
